I have served buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northeast Florida since 2013, completing more than 200 real estate transactions across Jacksonville, St. Johns County, Clay County, and the surrounding communities. My experience includes seller representation, buyer representation, investment properties, new construction, short sales, and other unique real estate circumstances.

Having personally renovated and flipped homes, I understand real estate from more than one perspective. I know which improvements can strengthen a home’s appeal, which repairs may not be worth making, and how to position a home effectively for the market. That firsthand experience helps my sellers make smarter preparation and pricing decisions while helping my buyers recognize both opportunity and potential risk.

I explain the options, identify the tradeoffs, and build a strategy around what matters most to you.
